Alupe University Seventh-day Adventist church is a recognized church under Western Kenya conference of Seventh-day Adventist church, Organized as a church by Pastor Namunyu on February 2025 and Pr. Frederick Ochieng being the first pastor after it's organization as a church, Elder Aiko Nafta, Elder Kipkemboi Haron and Elder Kwemoi Seth as the Elders on board. Before the organization it used to serve as an Adventist recognized group and Pr. Patrick Musoma Christine was serving as a pastor,. Patrons that have served the church are Dr. Isaboke, Dr. Hezekiah, Mr. Stive Kimei Matron's are Mrs. Isaboke, Prof Sarah Bundotich, Dr Gladys Ogaro It has a membership of about 200 members.
